Heeling Hands understands that sometimes life happens. It helps to communicate and let us know when you are running late so we can do our best accommodate you.

Rescheduling Policy

Heeling Hands asks that you respectfully give a 24 hour notice of cancellation 512-666-1591.

We charge 100%  of the  missed session. Rescheduling of an appointment in less then 24  hours or failure to attend a scheduled appointment with the intent on redeeming a gift certificate or a prepaid package will result in the forfeiting of that certificate or prepaid appointment.  We require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment. Refusal to provide us with the credit card information will result in terminating us working together.

We do understand emergencies and illnesses do occur and under certain circumstances it is necessary to reschedule your appointment . Please communicate with your therapist and do not disrespect the their time. Feel free to call, text, or email and reschedule your appointment. There will be no charge for these types of cancellations.
