Ashiatsu is a deep relaxing treatment mainly using the heel or arch of the foot. The therapist holds on to two parallel wooden bars that run above the massage table while moving along the body using their feet. Learn more about ashiatsu massage.

Deep Tissue is similar to Swedish massage but the movements are slower and it focuses on realigning those deeper muscles and connective tissues.

Sports Massage is a technique for active individual. A combination of different techniques are used specific to the athletes needs which may include pre-event/post event massage, increasing flexibility, relaxing tense and over used muscles.

Lymphatic Drainage is a form of very light and gentle massage that helps encourage the natural process of removing wastes from the tissues and back towards the heart. Draining lymph can help decrease swelling, relieve sinus pressure and help healing after surgery.

Myofascial Release is a technique that applies gentle sustained pressure into the connective tissue fascia. This helps to relieve any restrictions within the tissue decreasing pain and allowing more range of motion.

Swedish Massage is primarily used as a deep relaxation of the entire body. It involves a lighter touch and long strokes of the muscles in the direction of the heart. Swedish massage can also be useful in improving circulation and flexibility as well as decreasing muscle tension.

Cupping Massage- is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues
