Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy
Heeling Hands understands that sometimes life happens. It helps to communicate and let us know when you are running late so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Heeling Hands asks that you respectfully give a 24-hour notice of cancellation: 512-666-1591.
We charge 100% of the missed session. Rescheduling an appointment in less than 24 hours—or failure to attend a scheduled appointment—with the intent of redeeming a gift certificate or prepaid package will result in the forfeiture of that certificate or prepaid appointment.
We require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment unless you have prepaid in advance. Refusal to provide us with the credit card information will result in terminating us working together.
We understand emergencies and illnesses do occur, and under certain circumstances it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. Please communicate with your therapist and do not disrespect their time. Feel free to call, text, or email to reschedule your appointment. There will be no charge for these types of cancellations.

Refund Policy
All massage packages, gift cards, and promotional sales are non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Packages may be rescheduled or used at a later date but cannot be refunded once purchased.
